We have over twenty years of experience
in all facets of surveying. We have authored hundreds of legal descriptions, recorded hundreds of boundary maps, laid out
miles of improvements, slope staked and cross-sectioned mountains of earth
work, controlled aerial targets for square miles of aerial contour mapping
and have completed our primary geodetic control network of Napa County.
We have extensive experience in ALTA surveys, topographic and right of
way surveys including, but not limited to, ground control for aerial mapping,
baseline profile and cross-section measurements, route surveys for PG&E,
base maps for right of way acquisition, sounding to determine water volumes,
topographic site surveys, and geodetic positioning for federal applications.
In addition, we have extensive experience in construction staking including,
but not limited to, golf course layout, winery wastewater ponds, state
size jurisdiction earth dams, spillways & channels, underground utility
lines, storm drains, sanitary sewer lines, caves, streets and subdivisions.
Our firm is technologically advanced in the use of state of the art field and office equipment. Our field procedures are designed to take advantage of automatic data collection for importation into a CADD environment. We have used our GPS receivers to establish a county-wide first order geodetic control network
in order to unify present and future surveys, and to coordinate controlling boundary corners for our own GIS (Geographic Information System).
All survey work will be supervised by Michael W. Brooks (PLS4510), or Robert T. Serrao (PLS6732). All of our field crew chiefs have valid land Surveyor in Training certificates issued by the State of California.
We appreciate this opportunity to make you aware of our qualifications, and look forward to demonstrating our capabilities.
